I'm Dharmika Pragji

My journey into yoga and mindfulness didn’t begin from a place of strength — it began from a place of overwhelm. There were seasons in my life when stress felt constant, my mind felt busy, and I felt disconnected from my own body. Yoga wasn’t something I mastered overnight. It was something I returned to gently, again and again, learning how to breathe, slow down, and listen.

Over time, those small, consistent practices helped me regulate my nervous system, move with more awareness, and rebuild a deeper sense of self-trust and inner stability. That is why I created this beginner’s course — not as a performance-based program, but as a safe starting point.
